Meet Our Team
Roma Bose
Ms. Roma Bose is a leader with more than twenty-five years of experience advancing community-driven social impact and sustainable development through global nonprofit organizations. Her expertise spans nonprofit leadership, strategic fundraising, communications, and scaling high-impact community programs. She has led philanthropic startups, established a network of United Way organizations across India, raised millions of dollars for global development initiatives, and mentored nonprofit leaders across continents. Ms. Bose is a graduate of the University of Delhi, a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, holds the Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) credential from CFRE International, and earned a Certificate in Nonprofit Executive Leadership (CNEL) from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
Yasmin Sayed
Yasmin Sayed is a strategic partnerships and fundraising leader with a global track record across social services, financial inclusion, and international development. An alumna of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (Master’s in social work) and the University of Manchester, she brings a strong foundation to building scalable, sustainable impact models. She has mobilized significant funding, built cross-sector partnerships serving refugees and low-income communities, and advises institutions on long-term impact strategies.Based in Florida, she supports fundraising efforts for Sehgal Foundation, advancing rural development initiatives in India. A Tampa Bay Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree, she serves on the City of Tampa Mayor’s AAPI Advisory Council and as Secretary of the Indo-US Chamber of Commerce of Greater Tampa Bay.
Eleanor Elliott-Rude
Eleanor Elliott-Rude is the Northeast Representative for US Fundraising and Partnerships at Sehgal Foundation, where she supports donor development and strategic partnerships across the United States to advance rural development initiatives in India. Bringing prior field experience from her research internship with S M Sehgal Foundation in India, she pairs program insight with partnership development, strengthening university collaborations and managing a US-based youth alumni network, and launching a Chicago volunteer group to expand institutional engagement. Eleanor holds a BA in International Development & Sustainability from Grinnell College. Based in Chicago, she is focused on building cross-sector partnerships that drive scalable, community-centered impact.
Swathi Adiseshu
Swathi Adiseshu leads the Bay Area engagement and partnerships strategy for Sehgal Foundation, helping grow the foundation’s regional volunteer, donor, and partner network. She brings fifteen years of experience across technology, healthcare, and management consulting across continents, and is focused on building awareness of Sehgal Foundation’s work across rural India. Her work is shaped by a strong interest in women’s empowerment and community-led development, along with her academic background in civil engineering.
