Meet Our Team
Roma Bose brings 25+ years of experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and sustainable development. She has built and scaled philanthropic initiatives, established a network of United Way organizations across India, and raised millions for global development programs. She is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE).

Swathi Adiseshu leads Bay Area engagement and partnerships for Sehgal Foundation, growing its donor, volunteer, and partner network. She brings 15 years of experience across technology, healthcare, and management consulting, with a focus on women’s empowerment and community-led development.
Yasmin Sayed
Eleanor Elliott-Rude supports US fundraising and partnerships, including donor development, university collaborations, and volunteer engagement. Her experience includes fieldwork with S M Sehgal Foundation in India and building its US youth alumni network and Chicago volunteer community.
